It’s back-to-school season, and you know what that means around here.
Lunches! And lots of ’em!
This year, I wanted to try something new — so I made you a present. 🙂 This flipbook contains photos of 180 real-life lunches I’ve packed for L. and P. within the past year or so. Many will look familiar, some may not, but they’re all collected in one place now — to show you the good, the bad, the ugly, the REALITY of lunch-packing every single day. I hope you’ll enjoy the inspiration and share with your friends!
What fun! I love this!
Thank you!!!
This is soooo cool!
Oh, thank you!!! I had fun doing it. 🙂
This is just beyond fabulous! I will be sharing with my kids for my grandkids for sure! THANK YOU!
Yay! Thank you! 🙂 It was a lot of fun to look back and see the reality of lunches in our house…all put together in one place!
This is terrific for lunchtime inspiration! Cool lunch boxes and I like the idea of using the silicone muffin cups for separators … It’s so easy to get stuck in ruts of soups and carrots with hummus or an easy sandwich – thanks for the fresh ideas!
You’re so welcome! Glad it sparks something for you! The lunch containers are LunchBots, if you’re interested in checking them out. We try really hard to pack waste-free lunches and so far, LunchBots have helped us do that almost 100% for over two years now!
This will come in handy for my son, I’m sure he will want school lunch and something from home. My oldest insists on getting a salad at school everyday even though the ones I make are much better.
What type of lunch boxes are those, they look so cool, and easy to clean. My sons have fabric lunch boxes and they are SO nasty if anything gets spilled.
Angela, these are LunchBots! They’re amazing. We do send them inside a regular insulated lunchbox with ice packs to keep them cool, but we have really limited spills, etc. because the kids just pull these out and eat from these!
what a great idea! Thanks for sharing 🙂 I will certainly use some of your lunchbox recipes for school.
I hope you do!!! Thanks for checking it out!
These are beautiful pictures. Thanks for sharing and for the inspiration. I wish mine would eat some of those leftover dinner ideas. They are so picky about what is supposed to be hot and what should be cold. Going to work on that, not exactly sure how though..lol!
Oh, thank you! You might try putting the leftovers into a thermos. They do work pretty well, and that could free you up a bit to pack more inventive things.
